High-Quality Prestressing Onion Jack for Pre-Tensioning Applications

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Main structure and working principle

The prestressing onion jack is mainly composed of hydraulic jack, jack head, frame, wedges that clamps the steel strand, and a set of loose clamp mechanism. The PC strand is stretched into the top pressure head clamp through the steel strand splint, and the PC strand is slightly clamped by the spring elastic force. When the hydraulic cylinder enters the oil, the piston moves, and the top pressure head bears the steel strand. Move the head together. At the same time, the clamp clamps the PC strand by the inclination, and as the piston moves, the clamp clamps the PC strand tightly by the inclination. When the piston moves in place, the PC strand between the clamping part of the clip and the top pressure head will be pressed into a pear-shaped scattered flower shape, and then the piston will return. When the piston return is about to end, the loosening mechanism will be pulled to drive the clamp to withdraw. The twisted wire can be taken out and the fixed end is completed.
