The ZB4-500 and ZB4-500S prestressing electric pumps are the power and operating parts of the steel bar drawing machine. They use special supporting equipment for various types of jacks within the rated oil pressure of 55Mpa. In addition, they can also be used for other types of low flow, high Pressure in hydraulic machinery. The ZB4-500S oil pump is based on the ZB4-500 with a three-position four-way valve, which can be tensioned and anchored at the same time without the need to unload the oil pipe.
The prestressing electric pump is composed of three parts: pump body, control valve and pump body pipeline.
The oil pump is a self-priming axial piston pump. The motor drives the shaft to rotate. During the rotation of the shaft, the plunger is pressed into the cylinder by the thrust bearing placed diagonally on the shaft, and the oil suction spring makes the plunger close to the end surface of the thrust bearing at all times by its elastic force. The alternate action of the spring causes the plunger to reciprocate in the oil cylinder. Under the synchronous cooperation of the inlet and outlet one-way ball valves, the oil outlet can obtain a continuous and even oil output.
Axle The pump body has a total of 6 oil cylinders, which are arranged equally on the circumference and staggered into two oil discharge paths. Each oil discharge path is composed of three oil cylinders with an alternating 120° phase. The two oil drain lines discharge oil separately, without interference.
The control valve consists of the same structure on the left and right. The throttle valve (fuel delivery valve) is an adjustable cone valve. Adjust the working flow into the oil delivery valve by changing the size of the clearance flow interface. The unloading valve (oil return valve) is a manual shut-off valve. When the oil return valve is opened, the oil in the working cylinder can flow back into the oil tank. The one-way valve is a ball-type one-way valve, used to cut off the circuit of the high-pressure oil circuit in the working cylinder, to ensure that the jack will hold the load for a long time when the oil pump is idling when it is stopped or without oil supply. The safety valve limits the maximum pressure of the system by the pressure of the safety valve spring. Adjusting the spring pressure can change the maximum pressure of the system-the safety protection pressure.
