The JW180 vertical mortar mixer is a multifunctional mixer designed and manufactured for the supporting use of our UB3 and UB6 mortar pumps. It can be used for the construction and maintenance of construction metallurgy, railway bridges, prestressed components and other projects. The mixer is small in size, light in weight, easy to install and transport, and easy to operate.
A. The maximum diameter of the ash, sand and other materials loaded is not more than 5 mm. Stones and other debris (such as iron nails, grass and wood, etc.) must not be mixed.
B. Slurry ratio: select and prepare according to the material requirements of the mortar pump.
C. The consistency of the slurry to be stirred meets the requirements of the mortar pump.
Precautions:
A. In addition to adding an appropriate amount of water before filling, the material should also be mixed with an appropriate amount of water. Otherwise, the agitator will stop or damage the components due to the large resistance in the state of mixing.
B. When the agitator is working, do not extend your arms or foreign objects into the mixing drum or storage drum to avoid injury or other accidents.
C. The agitator works intermittently, and the interval should not exceed 5 minutes.
D. Rinse it with water after use to prevent the slurry from affecting the reuse after it has solidified.
