Structure and working principle

In the process of tension, the jack piston and support sleeve constitute the immovable body, while the oil cylinder, through sleeve, connecting sleeve and anchor cup constitute the “moving body”. When the “moving body” moves outward relative to the “immovable body”, the tool anchor automatically clamps the prestressed reinforcement for tension, and after reaching the required prestress value: (1) when the “moving body” moves outward relative to the “immovable body”, the tool anchor automatically clamps the prestressed reinforcement for tension ）In the case of tension, the jacking device pushes the clip to fix the anchor; (2) in the case of limit tension, the clip anchors itself with the retraction of the steel strand. Then the moving body is reset and the jack clip is pushed to complete the tensioning process.
